The interview with Patrick Stanton &#8211; outgoing National Avalanche Program director &#8211; is a great read with some in-depth info on the A3 &#8211; NSP relationship and positioning of the various education tracks.<\/p>\n<p>I also ask that you take a moment to read the memorial for Paul Souder on page 96. I had the honor of working with Paul on the Sandia Peak Ski Patrol at the start of my patrol journey.
