NH National Guard 172nd Mountain Infantry Division, Chalie Company conducted training exercises in the White Mountain National Forest.  The Ski Patrol at Waterville Valley Resort hosted them for joint training in winter mountain medical rescues.

The Patrol Director, Jeff Hayes said, “training alongside the Guard presents a unique opportunity for sharing ideas about outdoor cold weather rescue. It showcases the bond that the National Ski Patrol shares with the military’s mountain divisions, and it became an overwhelmingly positive experience for all involved.”
