The current Region Outdoor Emergency Care course being held at McIntyre Ski Area had a great last class day with a surprise visit from DHART. The days chapters were “MCI” and “Special Operations” the latter of which was handled by the DHART team. Director Kyle Madigan presented their ground school presentation followed up by a visit from the Manchester helicopter with crew Ruth (Flight RN), Liam (Flight Paramedic), and Scott (Pilot). Needless to say, it was a blast. Special thanks goes out to Ross Boisvert, Owner of McIntyre Ski Area for what basically works out to complete access to their facility. We couldn’t do this stuff without their support.
